As a facilitator Julia’s passion and purpose revolves around helping people to understand and value DEIB. Her “meet people where they are” approach allows people to grasp their individual role in making DEIB a sustainable and transformative priority. Her signature topics includes Inclusive Leadership, Allyship, Implicit Bias, Generational Diversity, Foundations of DEIB & Microaggression. Julia conducts hourly, full and half day training/workshops (in person or virtual) and safe and brave conversations for corporations, government, and non-profit and academic organizations.

As a certified life coach, Julia’s approach centers accountability, fear disruption, focused action, and goal achievement. She is committed to working with her clients to become the best and brave version of themselves by helping them minimize their fears and tap into their full potential. Julia encourages her clients to dig deeply to uncover and unlearn the things in their life that do not serve their growth or align with their desired goals.
She is the self-proclaimed “fear disruptor” who personally know the benefits of overcoming fears and living an abundant life. In addition to one-on-one coaching, she facilitates workshops on confronting and overcoming fear and realistic goal setting. Her expertise on such topics has resulted in numerous speaking engagements and her work has been featured in the online women’s lifestyle magazine, Madame Noire.
